KSE Suspension of trading in InterAsia Leasing Co. Ltd.

Karachi: The Karachi Stock Exchange (Guarantee) Limited. suspended trading in the shares of Inter Asia Leasing Company Limited, since interAsia Leasing company Ltd. has not so far removed the cause of suspension of trading in its shares, the Management of The Karachi Stock Exchange (Guarantee) Limited in the interest of trade and public and in exercise of the power vested in it under sub section (7) of Section 9 of the Securities & Exchange Ordinance, 1956 and Listing Regulation No. 32 of the Exchange, has decided that trading in the shares of the company shall be suspended for a further period of 60 days from May 27, 2009 or until time as the cause of suspension is removed.
